Good location

Location is good with lots of eateries and Yilan cakes. Very near to the garden which can 泡脚 in the hot spring water.

Hot spring tub in the room can be cleaned more thoroughly. The lady staff at the checkin counter does not smile at us; don’t make us feel welcome.

The sizes of the standard rooms are actually a bit small, so it’d be better to upgrade your rooms if you need a more comfortable space to stay!

Location is great, right in the centre of all the tourist attractions. Hot spring bath is great - big spacious stone bath.

Pillows could have been a bit more firm. Toilet cannot flush down toilet paper, make sure to throw toilet paper into bin

All the waterfalls and associated walks, absolutely stuning . Man made places are pretty good to . Lanyard Museum , markets and hot water spring foot baths ( free ) .

Pleasant hotel , clean and comfy . Housekeeping was a bit of a hit and miss but nothing that a trip downstairs to ask staff to freshen the room or put in some more loo paper always helped. Tours can be organized there but we didn't once see stashes of brochurs so bring your own . Buses can also be a real hit and miss , train or cab is doable.. Natural attractions are the go in this town enjoy

reasonable priced stay but feel like a hostel experience

The location of the hotel is the heart core of Jiaoxi town, which is very convenient. The host is very hospital and introduce authentic foods for our first-day dinner with their food map.

The window can't be open fully. The bathtub looks like a hot spring tub. However, the tap water flows too slowly for a hot spring and there's no place to sit in the tub.

Awesome

Staff are very nice and friendly My own hot spring bath! Room was clean and hot spring bath was so relaxing. Breakfast buffet was nice. Location was perfect and near conveniences. I will recommend my friends to stay there, and will visit again in future.
